Aloha, I’m Gaile Lynn!
Truth is my jam. To recognize the Truth of who and what we are is to know freedom within the mind—freedom from the programs we unwittingly adopted, and the conditioned ways of thinking that hold our attention and deplete us on the daily. The Great Mindf*ck limits what’s possible, unless we catch the tiger by the tail, and use it for awakening.
I’m not here to scold the world, or to force it to be any different than it is. I’m here to delight it back to its senses. My love language is to have each and every human know their true Self beyond the construct of the mind, and have a relationship with their own innocence and divinity. From here. life occurs infinitely more playful and interesting.
I encourage my clients to try on new perceptions, heal the mind, open the heart, and thus experience their most authentic expression. This alchemy is the gateway to the sublime inner world of joy, relaxation, and peace. 🌸
